This equipment is mainly used for blade posture adjustment and field transport in the production process of large-scale wind turbines, which can be used for the production of large blades with a diameter of 80-160m. The equipment has strong structure rigidity, firm clamping, large turnover angle, accurate positioning, high automation, simple operation, thoughtful and safe blade protection, which can fundamentally solve the technical problems of turnover and transportation in the blade production process, and play a role in guaranteeing the blade production quality.

本设备用于风机叶片姿态调整及场内生产转运,由前车和后车构成,可供长度100m~150m大兆瓦风机叶片生产专用。
该设备结构刚性强,夹紧可靠,定位准确,安全稳定,操作直观方便,能够根本性的解决目前大型叶片在生产过程中的翻转技术难题,为叶片生产提供良好的保障。

1.前车采用最程数的辊轮支撑驱动机构,叶片吊装便利;
The root station adopts the most mature roller support driving mechanism, which facilitates the lifting of blades;
2.独特的防滑技术,菱形花纹增大摩擦系数;

3.单侧一拖二驱动,负荷分布均匀,同步性好;
